Steve Trevor actor Chris Pine chimes in on the new DC Universe being prioritized over Wonder Woman 3 after the DC sequel got canceled.
In a new interview with Business Insider, Pine, who starred in Wonder Woman and Wonder Woman 1984, decided to open up about Gunn’s DC Universe going forward rather than proceeding with Wonder Woman 3, sharing the following thoughts:
I’m stunned that they said no to a billion-dollar franchise and decided to pivot elsewhere. I don’t know what the reasoning was behind that; it’s above my pay grade, but Wonder Woman is an incredible character; Patty is such a thoughtful director.
