Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga is revving up for its overdue theatrical release on May 24th, and today we are able to exclusively debut the ScreenX poster art for the most-anticipated movie of the month!

If any movie needs to be seen in a premium format, it’s this latest Max Max installment. A prequel to Mad Max: Fury Road long in the works from visionary director George Miller, Furiosa follows a younger Furiosa (and Immortan Joe) in the post-apocalyptic wasteland.

Our poster debut features Anya Taylor-Joy front and center, backed by a small army of War Boys, weapons in hand. We saw this group in action during the Warner Bros. CinemaCon presentation last month in Las Vegas and this week were able to see the film in full and spend time with Miller ahead of our interviews with Taylor-Joy and co-star Chris Hemsworth, who plays Dementus, a warlord and biker gang leader.

The first reactions to Furiosa screenings from media and industry folk paint an exciting picture of the long-awaited Furiosa solo outing, with hefty praise aimed at the performances of the two leads, and others hinting that Furiosa is more unique compared to its predecessors than you’d might expect when it comes to the richness of the dialogue and world-building.

Acclaimed writer-director Edgar Wright added his own thoughts, explaining that he does not “understand” how George Miller achieves what he does with the film.

And the most visually expansive way to see Furiosa is with ScreenX which uses the sides of the theater and multiple projects to deliver an immersive 270 degree field of view.
