Showtime’s Yellowjackets was a surprise hit for the network, a drama series that focused on the same characters in two different time frames. In the past, a young soccer team is involved in a plane crash and ended up stranded and lost in the woods, where they are forced to survive by any means necessary. The show then flips to the present day and shows how this affected the women.
This allowed some great actors to take on the roles, both popular veterans playing the older characters and some exciting young stars as the versions fighting for their survival in the woods. Most of these actors have a big presence on Instagram where they share photos and interact with their fans.

Tawny Cypress stars as the adult version of Taissa. In her adult years, Taissa is one of the smartest Yellowjackets characters, running for the New Jersey state senate. Though she struggles to balance this with her family life, her intelligence is clear. She seems to be the one character who has the strongest head on her shoulders.

Jasmin Savoy Brown plays the young version of Taissa. Much like the older version of herself, she is someone who wants to be nothing but the best. She is ruthless, breaking a teammate’s leg because she felt she wasn’t good enough, and that made her an ideal survivor in the woods, one of the bravest characters on Yellowjackets.
On Instagram, fans can find Brown at @jasminsavoy. She currently has 56.9K followers on the platform but she’s not very active, with just over 50 total posts. She’s most often seen promoting her music.

Ella Purnell stars in Yellowjackets as Jackie. She was the captain of the soccer team and has the tendency to be the best at everything, making her struggle greatly after the plane crash. She slowly becomes a vindictive person and apparently doesn’t live to the present day story.

Juliette Lewis is likely the biggest name in the cast, a major movie star who has moved her talents to the small screen. Lewis plays the adult version of Natalie, one of the best characters on Yellowjackets. She is a fan favorite show, someone who had a tough childhood and is cynical and jaded but trying to be the best after all she had been through.
As a major member of the cast, it is no surprise that she has the biggest social media following, with 1.2 million Instagram followers. Steven Krueger plays the role of Ben Scott, the assistant coach of the soccer team. In the plane crash, he loses a leg and has to deal with his serious injury combined with him being the only surviving adult from the group.
