Why Tom Sandoval Could Cash In Because Of The Vanderpump Rules Scandoval

Even though Tom Sandoval is one of the most hated men on Vanderpump Rules, if he works his angles right, he could make a profit from his scandal. Tom is a charismatic part of the show and has often been one of the good guys for years. However, he recently spotlighted just how cruel of a person he could be.

Viewers of Vanderpump Rules found out about “Scandoval” in March when news broke that Tom was having a months-long affair with Raquel Leviss. Sadly, Ariana Madix, his live-in girlfriend of over nine years, had no idea what was happening right under her nose and was shocked by the news. The two star-crossed lovers haven’t really shown a lot of remorse as Tom first tried to blame Ariana for their breakup. Viewers are getting to see the drama play out at the reunion, with everyone going after Tom.

Tom Sandoval’s Band Is In Demand

Almost immediately after the news of Scandoval broke, fans started to call for a boycott of his band, Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras. Tom has loved touring with his own band and performing a mix of classic songs. However, the boycott didn’t exactly work. Recently, Tom shared that he has had a few sold-out concerts as he made sure to thank his supporters on Instagram. Even though some fans attend the shows holding signs that read “worm with a mustache,” Tom doesn’t seem to care since he’s making money.

Reality Fans Secretly Love Villains (Tom May Gain Clout From His Misdeeds)

Love him or hate him, Vanderpump Rules fans love to have a villain to concentrate on. Thanks to his sneaky ways, Tom could gain a lot of clout for his misdeeds. For years, the resident villain was Jax Taylor, who was always called out for his playboy ways. Now, along with Bravo, Tom is being advertised front and center for his affair, with the network even airing unedited cuts of the reunion.

Tom Sandoval Could Start New Ventures Based On The Scandal

Without a doubt, there’s a lot of money to be made for Tom. Firstly the Vanderpump Rules star could agree to write a tell-all book explaining his side of the story. While he may be mocked, fans would buy into the book. He could also make merch for his band like a custom lightning bot necklace of his own to represent the one he had with Raquel. It’s also apparent that Tom has no problem mocking himself for a quick buck so he could find himself in a cheeky ad or two. If all else fails, Tom, as a master mixologist, could come up with a new cocktail. Maybe the Heart Break Hurricane or Mustache Mojito?

Vanderpump Rules airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
