Erika Jayne has been known for her style in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills but after the latest episode, fans are questioning her glam team. Since appearing in RHOBH season 6, Erika has always carefully curated her looks depending on the occasion. She has said that when she’s Mrs. Girardi, her outfits are conservative and demure. However, when she takes on her Erika Jayne persona on stage, the RHOBH star wows her fans with thigh high boots and latex bodysuits.
With a glam squad consisting of a hairstylist, makeup artist, and her creative director Mikey Minden, Erika never comes to an RHOBH event without a fully curated look. During RHOBH cast trips, Erika always flew her glad squad in and set them up in hotel rooms so that they could be at her beck and call. After she and her estranged husband Tom Girardi were accused of misappropriating funds from his legal clients, Erika needed to downsize her life. However, she was slammed by viewers for still spending a huge chunk of money on her glam team.
After Erika’s strangely put-together look in the latest RHOBH episode, fans are wondering about her glam team’s choice. Reddit user Malarkey1O1 posted a picture of Erika wearing a mesh Moschino shirt, huge wraparound orange sunglasses, and chunky gold jewelry with the caption, “Glam team for what?!” Ok_Mathematician6075 responded, “Glam team for what? I mean those gold hoops, throwback Oakley wannabe glasses, and the gaudy locket? The mesh Moschino deserves better than that IMO. Not sure what she was going for here. The accessories are literally screaming at each other. Lol.”

Many RHOBH fans thought Erika’s look was “giving meemaw” or “Dog the Bounty Hunter.” Legitimate_Studio_90 wondered if Erika’s entourage were turning against her and wrote, “I’m starting to think Mikey and the rest of her glam team secretly hate her (I don’t blame them tbh).” Others joked that maybe Erika hadn’t paid them and they were disgruntled. RHOBH fans agreed that her team missed the mark on this look and wondered why Erika needed help getting dressed to go to the beach.
Erika hasn’t been doing herself any favors by flaunting her wealth and spending vast amounts of money that should have gone to widows and orphans. The RHOBH star has also appeared very unsympathetic towards the victims and was seen in the season 12 trailer saying that she doesn’t care about anyone other than herself. Most of her RHOBH castmates, such as Lisa Rinna and Kyle Richards have stood staunchly by her. However, many fans think it would do Erika well to ditch her glam team for many reasons.
