Ray J is speaking out against Kim Kardashian and claims he stopped “sleeping around” with The Kardashians star after she stole from his family. The singer is seeking vengeance after Kim resurfaced their infamous sex tape in her new Hulu show. But Ray J accused Kim and Kris Jenner of portraying a false narrative around the tape for nearly two decades. Amid Ray J speaking out against Kim and Kris, the singer is rehashing his old relationship drama with Kim and her shady behavior against his family that reportedly led to their breakup.
Kim and Kris have yet to respond to Ray J’s recent tell-all interview accusing them of securing the deal for the 2007 sex tape. Ray J finally came clean and revealed Kim and Kris’ alleged involvement in working out the agreement that garnered them millions for a tape Kim claimed was leaked. The singer revealed DMs from a private message confronting Kim about the latest claims she made on her show. Ray J claims Kim has always been in possession of the tapes and has lied to her family about her alleged involvement. Ray claims the recent storyline showing Kanye presenting Kim with a laptop of the remaining footage was all a lie because she had the footage the entire time without Kanye’s knowledge.
Ray J also called out the reason he ended his relationship with Kim after his mother, Sonja Norwood, sued Kim, Khloe, and Rob Kardashian for spending over $120,000 on her American Express card in 2006 and 2007. “Apart from them stealing money from my family, we would probably still be together now,” Ray told Daily Mail. “But when that happened, I said I don’t want to be sleeping around with you no more – you stole money from my family. So that’s why we stopped speaking.” Ray J was referencing a 2008 lawsuit his mother and sister Brandy filed against Khloe, Kourtney, and Robert Jr. accusing them of balling out of control at her expense.
The allegations stemmed from when Kim was working as Brandy’s stylist in 2004 and was authorized to make one purchase on the credit card. However, Norwood alleges that Kim passed the card along to her siblings and allowed them to make purchases at the Kardashian-owned clothing stores, Dash and Smooch for a total of $120,636. The lawsuit was settled out of court and has never been spoken of since. But Ray J is finally airing out his ex and her family while defending his name. Ironically, Kim and Kris have yet to address his claims or have their teams release any statements.
The famous family might be hoping that talk about the interview fades out. The Kardashians are still airing each week and any press around the show is good press. This isn’t the first time the KarJenners have been called out for shady behavior. But they continue to grow in fame and fortune. There might not be any need to respond to Ray J out of fear of giving credit to his allegations.
