Why Charli Burnett Likely Won’t Return For Vanderpump Rules Season 11

Even though Charli Burnett is a favorite among fans, the SUR server most likely won’t be returning for Vanderpump Rules season 11. Charli hasn’t been a main character in the series, but she has delivered some much-needed witty one-liners. Charli used to put Jax Taylor in his place, but her odd fear of pasta is what made her so likable.

Charli was first introduced during Vanderpump Rules season 8. At first, she seemed like a quiet sidekick, but she quickly let people know where they stood. Charli first became well-liked after an unfortunate date with Brett Caprioni. As it turned out, Brett was later fired from the show for past racist remarks, but Charli continued her friendship with most cast members, including Scheana Shay and Raquel Leviss. As the seasons progressed, Charli became the mouthpiece for what viewers were thinking during some truly eventful episodes, as she often hilariously roasted her costars during her confessionals.

Charli Spilled Too Much Tea On The Nick Viall Podcast

Recently, Charli spoke out on The Viall Files podcast, where she let a few interesting details slip about her future on Vanderpump Rules. The 26-year-old shared with listeners that she took a step back from the series to look after her mental well-being. Along with moving into a new apartment, Charli worked on her relationship and even got herself into therapy. As for appearing in Vanderpump Rules season 11, Charli is “hopeful” she will be invited back, so she can show more of who she is, but the jury is still out on that.

Charli Doesn’t Have Strong Connections With The Vanderpump Rules Cast

During the latest season of Vanderpump Rules, Charli was the closest to Raquel. The two girls escaped the havoc at Lake Havasu, where Lala Kent, Katie Maloney, and Kristina Kelly acted meanly toward them. Charli has never been nervous about speaking her mind to any of the girls, and it hasn’t always made her popular. Charli was once close with Scheana, but they have since dissolved their close friendship.

Naturally, Charli feels silly for having defended Raquel so hard during Vanderpump Rules season 10. When news of “Scandoval” broke, Charli thought about reaching out to the former beauty pageant contestant but later decided not to. Charli won’t be seen on the three-part reunion as it was filmed during a time when Charli wasn’t feeling mentally well. Despite her lack of presence this season, hopefully, Charli will be invited back for next season; however, it doesn’t seem likely.

Vanderpump Rules airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
