Whose Helmet Is At The End Of She-Hulk Episode 5

There is an important helmet at the end of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law episode 5 that belongs to a familiar hero, Daredevil. It has long been known that Charlie Cox is returning as Daredevil in She-Hulk after a quick cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Matt Murdock will be the latest major Marvel Cinematic Universe cameo for the series following appearances by Smart Hulk, Abomination, and Wong. She-Hulk episode 5 finally gives audiences the first real tease that Daredevil is coming, even if Marvel made audiences wait until the end.

Based on She-Hulk episode 4’s ending, many expected Daredevil to appear in episode 5 as Jennifer Walters’ lawyer in her trial against Titania. This did not come to fruition as GLK&H put Mallory Book in charge of the She-Hulk trademark case. While Jennifer Walters battled Titania in court, one of the subplots featured in She-Hulk episode 5 revolved around her finally getting custom-made clothing, including a super suit. The episode stops short of showing She-Hulk’s MCU suit (even though previews have already revealed it). It ends with a glimpse of a helmet the fashion designer created for another superhero.

The helmet at the end of She-Hulk episode 5 belongs to Daredevil. The overall shape and design are nearly identical to the one Matt Murdock used in all three seasons of Daredevil, the Netflix original series now streaming on Disney+. Daredevil’s new MCU helmet is different in one notable fashion, as it is not red and black as seen before. The MCU and She-Hulk episode 5’s fashion designer has updated the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen’s look to give him some yellow accents across the suit. This includes moving away from the all-red Daredevil helmet and getting the yellow one seen in She-Hulk episode 5’s ending that teases Matt Murdock’s upcoming appearance.

What To Expect From Daredevil’s She-Hulk Cameo

Daredevil’s She-Hulk cameo remains among the most anticipated aspects of the show. Audiences expecting Charlie Cox to appear in multiple episodes and play a significant role in how She-Hulk season 1’s story concludes need to keep expectations in check, though. Marvel’s marketing has made it clear that Daredevil’s cameo will include him teaming up with She-Hulk in a superhero setting, resulting in them fighting bad guys together. This will allow Marvel to show off Daredevil’s new yellow suit in She-Hulk. It has also been teased that there could be a romantic turn for Jennifer Walters and Matt Murdock’s relationship.

Unfortunately, Charlie Cox has also confirmed that Daredevil is only in one episode of She-Hulk. Since only four episodes are remaining, his debut is closer than ever. The Daredevil helmet tease in She-Hulk episode 5 could indicate that he will finally be featured in episode 6. However, there have also been indications that Daredevil’s She-Hulk cameo could be saved for one of the final two episodes. Marvel is keeping this part of his appearance under wraps so far. Still, viewers should see Daredevil in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law before too long.
