Which Fleabag Character Are You Based On Your Zodiac?

With Fleabag, Phoebe Waller-Bridge has created a universe everyone wants to be a part of, especially all women. But to be fair, besides Fleabag herself, there were quite a few characters on the show who were so well written that people could relate to their grounded and realistic anxieties and passions.

For example, the character of Claire, Fleabag’s uppity, ambitious, workaholic older sister, who goes for a totally out-of-character haircut and expects that to solve all her problems. Or Fleabag’s dad, who is not great with words but tries to reach out to his daughters through therapy vouchers or meaningful lecture sessions. So, which Fleabag character are you based on your Zodiac? Let’s find out.

Capricorn: Claire

Which Fleabag Character Are You Based On Your Zodiac?

There’s something unyielding about Claire, which any Capricorn should be able to relate to. Capricorns are fiercely ambitious but also traditionalists by nature; that said, they are not averse to positive changes.

Remember how Claire loved her big move to Finland but couldn’t deal with her new, disastrous haircut? Like a true Capricorn, Claire has a tremendous sense of self-possession and loves being in control, although she is really non-confrontational and is not very comfortable with awkward moments, even if it is with family members.

Aries: Fleabag’s Dad

People who fall under the Aries sign are perfect for leadership positions and are tremendously optimistic, which makes them strong parental figures. Although Fleabag’s father has his bad moments and can come across as indecisive or confused at times, it’s clear that he sees his daughter for who she is.

Interestingly, Fleabag can’t bring herself to hate her father because she is very aware of how much he cares for her. Aries people are constantly moving towards solutions and believe in solving problems in their own way. Though an introvert, Fleabag’s father tries to reach out to his daughters on his own terms, be it through therapy vouchers, feminist lectures, or family dinners.

Cancer: Boo

Cancerians are led by their emotions, which is both their strength and weakness. They are tenacious, trustworthy, and also very protective. This all makes a lot of sense when the relationship between Fleabag and Boo is explored.

Boo takes her own life when she finds out her closest friend, Fleabag, slept with her boyfriend. She was devastated when she found out the truth. Cancerians are known for their emotional depth and the intensity of their affections. Alternatively, they can also be very moody and vulnerable when hurt or slighted.

Aquarius: Hot Priest

Aquarians make for amazing friends because they are intellectually rich, sociable, they do their own thinking, and can also be good at communicating the truth. But they can also be aloof and can distance themselves from situations if need be.

The Hot Priest from Fleabag is a classic Aquarian, especially vis-a-vis his perspective on religion. Interestingly, Aquarians value their sense of freedom but also have a very keen sense of commitment, which would explain why Hot Priest could never consider walking away from his dedication to his job.

Scorpio: Godmother

Scorpios are complex and quite intense when it comes to their relationships, which also makes them somewhat insecure and controlling. Fleabag’s Godmother did harbor a sense of resentment towards her, especially as she could sense her resistance and also realized that Fleabag was not okay with her relationship with her father.

This made the godmother severely passive-aggressive towards Fleabag, and also quite vindictive, which are classic Scorpio traits. Scorpios are also passionate about their interests and strive to excel in their craft, which would explain the godmother’s adventurous artistic pursuit.

Taurus: Belinda

Fleabag fans would remember Belinda’s presence in Fleabag’s life as brief but impactful. Fleabag only shared a short, barstool chat with her but it grounded her in many ways because the wise Belinda essentially explained to her the relationship women share with pain.

Taureans make for great long-term friends because they have a no-nonsense stability and conviction. They can look someone in the eye and tell them what they did wrong. They are also very responsive to rewarding facets of materialism, which would explain why the high-powered Belinda enjoys her professional success and its perks.

Gemini: Fleabag

Gemini folks have rich personalities, they are quick-witted, adventurous, smart but can also at times be ruled by their emotions. This would explain why Fleabag has been crafted by Waller-Bridge to be extremely logical one moment and totally unreasonable the next.

Gemini is an air sign; consequently, Geminis always seek the gift of knowledge which makes them really inquisitive. It makes sense that Fleabag would be so keen to find out more about the priest who’s practically a stranger, or why she tried so hard to understand her sister. Geminis are also driven by intellectual stimulation, something they primarily seek in their partners.

Leo: Harry

Leos are famed for their stability and trustworthiness. They are always seeking a sense of commitment because that’s what helps them thrive. This is exactly what defines Harry from Fleabag, who always looks for commitment and security in his relationships.

Leos are also really passionate and are often quick to make big life-altering decisions since they are so tethered to their own emotions. It is not surprising that in a span of a year, Harry was not just in a relationship but also had a child with his partner.

Libra: Martin

Martin is one of the most complex characters on the show, whose personality has a sense of polarity in him so common in Librans. They are peace-seekers, which also makes them non-confrontational and they usually avoid acknowledging the issues which are right in front of them.

Martin was probably the first person to be aware of his dysfunctional dynamic with his wife but chose to not address it. Librans can also be pretty defensive in personal relationships, if not moody and vindictive, so they can have a bit of trouble coping with break-ups.

Virgo: Bank Manager

Fleabag and the bank manager do not get along when they first encounter each other. Surprisingly, the manager turns out to be one of the kindest and the most trustworthy person on the show. He helps Fleabag without expecting anything in return.

Virgos usually make for great friends because they are patient and are willing to work on a relationship. They are an earth sign, so they are ruled by logic and reason. As such, they will stick to what they think is right, irrespective of what others believe, and it would make sense that the manager has consistently looked out for Fleabag from a distance.

Pisces: The Therapist

It makes total sense that the therapist on Fleabag would be a Pisces, a water sign ruled by their sense of empathy. Pisces folks can be idealistic but they are also hugely perceptive, which allows them to see both sides of the problems.

This also means they are not quick to judge. Fleabag’s therapist was especially keen to get to the root of her client’s anxieties and was never dismissive of her opinions. Healing comes naturally to Pisceans because they have a sense of selflessness which makes them kinder.

Sagittarius: The Lawyer

Sagittarians seek freedom and thrills, and they are great people to be around. The lawyer on Fleabag, who famously gave her nine orgasms in one night, was obviously someone whose company Fleabag enjoyed, but not someone she wished to spend much time with.

This worked for both of them, as the lawyer was individualistic, fair, spontaneous, and funny, which are signature Sagittarian traits. He also brazenly asks Claire if Fleabag would go to drinks with him, as Sagittarians also usually go for whatever they want, without fear of rejection.
