Where You’ve Seen Star Trek: Section 31’s New Actors Before

Several new cast members have joined Academy Award-winner Michelle Yeoh in the upcoming Star Trek: Section 31 movie, and they have an impressive list of past projects. After being introduced in Star Trek: Discovery season 1, Michelle Yeoh’s Emperor Philippa Georgiou had a compelling villain-to-reluctant-hero story arc. When the USS Discovery traveled to the far future at the end of Discovery season 2, Georgiou accompanied them. However, because Georgiou had originated from the Mirror Universe, her body began deteriorating due to being displaced in both time and dimension.

In Star Trek: Discovery season 3, episode 10, “Terra Firma, Part 2,” the Guardian of Forever (Paul Guilfoyle) sent Emperor Georgiou to “a time when the Mirror Universe and the Prime universe were still aligned,” although that exact time and place remains unknown. The upcoming Star Trek: Section 31 movie will presumably take place after Georgiou was sent back in time, but that could place her almost anywhere in Star Trek‘s multiple eras. The actors recently added to Section 31‘s cast are all newcomers to the Star Trek franchise. Although nothing has been revealed about their characters, here’s where you’ve seen Star Trek: Section 31‘s new cast members before.
