World of Warcraft Classic players have been delighted to flock back to the original state of Azeroth. The realms of WoW Classic are packed to the brim with new players and old players alike. The experience of roaming Azeroth as it was introduced in 2004 has brought a sense of nostalgia while simultaneously satisfying it. The WoW Classic adventure continues in the newly released expansion World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade Classic. WoW: Burning Crusade, originally released in 2007, introduces an immediate threat to Azeroth in the form of the Burning Legion. A massive army of demons and corrupted races rallies in the Outland, a volatile region that can barely sustain farmland, let alone sustain life forms. This Burning Legion has a plan to attack Azeroth with all its might. The Horde and Alliance are preparing for a fight themselves, recruiting more races to fight alongside them against the legion. To battle the Burning Legion, players must first enter Outland.
Outland was created from the remnants of Draenor, the homeworld of the orcs, and the last refuge of the Draenei. Draenor came under an attack carried out using the Dark Portal, a passageway from Azeroth to the Hellfire Peninsula, which is a wasteland zone that houses dungeons such as the Hellfire Citadel. Alliance forces mounted an expedition in Draenor to end the threat of the orcish race once and for all. During the battle, when the orcs became overwhelmed, an elder orc shaman opened portals for orcs to escape to other worlds. However, opening so many portals on Draenor cause the planet to tear apart. How to Find The Dark Portal in WoW: Burning Crusade Classic
The Dark Portal is not too hard to find in World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade Classic if players are pointed in the right direction. First, players should head to the Blasted Lands, located in the southern part of the Eastern Kingdoms. Once they arrive, they should travel to the southeastern reaches of the Blasted Lands, in the valley created by the mountains on the eastern portion of the map. The Dark Portal cannot be missed after players are in its vicinity. The portal is tall, green, glowing, and serves as the focal point of this portion of the map.
After finding the Dark Portal, players can walk through it or fly through on the back of a mount to be transported to the Outland. New adventures await players who walk through the Dark Portal to take on the Burning Legion. New questlines, dungeons, loot, and lore await players in Outland. Illidan Stormrage and his demonic followers stand no chance against the races of Azeroth this time.
