Where to Find Heisenberg’s Key Location in Resident Evil Village

While the titular village of Resident Evil Village is the main focus of the game, there are several other unique areas that the player will be able to explore throughout their journey. Castle Dimetrescu seems like an area that the entirety of the game could have been set in with no problem whatsoever, and the Bienvenito Estate is one of the most horrifying locations in any Resident Evil game to date. Each new area has its own unique features for players to check out.

Without a doubt, though one of the most dangerous areas to explore in the game has to be The Factory. This part of the map belongs to the final lord that players face off against, Heisenberg, and making it through to the end requires the player to work very hard. In order to escape the factory, the player is going to have to be able to get their hands on Heisenberg’s very elusive key. This guide shows players how to obtain Heisenberg’s Key.

Early on in The Factory players will come across a special machine that is able to create objects by inserting special molds into it. In order to progress through The Factory, the player will need to use this machine to create both a relief of a horse head and a machine cog using special molds. After progressing through The Factory the player will eventually find themselves at the third level and will be confronted with a door that is locked that requires Heisenberg’s Key. The only way to get this key is to acquire the necessary mold to create this key.

The player will then need to climb the ladder from this area and make their way through a series of caves until they come across the Grinder Room. Here they will come across a massive fan that has orange nodes on it that will need to be shot to stop the fan from working. They can progress past this fan where they will come across another large fan that must be deactivated in the same way, but if the player isn’t fast enough this fan will cut them to pieces. Behind this destroyed fan though is a hatch to climb through that leads to a container that will grant them the key mold.

With this mold in hand, the player must return to the machine to create themselves a key, but they should keep in mind that this will necessitate fighting through new enemy spawns in the area. Players will need to be careful and bring all of these enemies down to get their hands on Heisenberg’s Key.

Resident Evil Village can be played on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
