What Happened To Robin Hibbard After The Challenge: Battle of The Exes?

Robin Hibbard has appeared on many reality TV shows, including The Challenge: Battle of The Exes, but she has struggled since. The 43-year-old reality TV star also competed on The Real World: San Diego and various iterations of The Challenge, including The Gauntlet 2, The Gauntlet III, The Island, Battle of the Sexes 2, The Inferno II, The Duel, The Duel II, and Rivals. With The Challenge season 39 on the horizon, it’s time to check in on an iconic cast member of the franchise.

Robin was a venerable reality TV contestant who made it to the finals in three appearances. The Tampa, Florida native first rose to fame as a 22-year-old contestant on The Real World: San Diego, at which point she worked at Coyote Ugly. She and her ex-boyfriend and one of the best The Challenge contestants, Mark Long, began dating in 2004 during Battle of The Sexes II, but they’ve since broken up. However, Mark shared some tragic news regarding the former reality TV star, and updates have happened since.

Robin Hibbard Was Arrested

What Happened To Robin Hibbard After The Challenge: Battle of The Exes?

According to The US Sun, Robin was arrested on April 2, 2023, and was “charged with violation of domestic violence injunction.” She served time for 67 days and was released on June 8, 2023, after pleading no contest to her charges on June 7. The publication noted Robin’s current whereabouts are unknown, as her status is listed as “at large.” According to the incident report obtained by The US Sun, “[Robin] was harassing the victim and standing/pacing on the driveway…displaying aggression” at her family’s residence. Her appearance in her mugshot was noticeably disheveled.

Robin Hibbard’s Family Had Filed A Restraining Order Against Her

The arrest involved Robin breaking her restraining order with her family, which was initiated in April 2022 after they accused her of using drugs on their property. The 43-year-old reality TV star breached the restraining order in April 2023, at which point she was arrested. According to The US Sun, one of Robin’s family members “observed her violating the protection order while watching her through the residence’s living room while on the phone with the police.” She was initially hit with a restraining order when she was visibly seen injecting drugs into her arms and becoming increasingly agitated. At the time, she had no listed residence, which still appears to be the case.

Unfortunately, there’s no update on Robin’s whereabouts since being released in June 2023. Given the lack of information, she is likely at large and still abusing drugs. Tragically, such a bright, competitive, charming former reality TV star has struggled so much since leaving the industry. The Challenge alum’s struggle with addiction is no different from that of millions of Americans, and hopefully, she can get the help she needs.
