Raquel Leviss’ restraining order against her Vanderpump Rules co-star and former ally Scheana Shay has been dismissed by a judge. The two former friends were said to have had a scuffle after a taping of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen while in New York City. The fight reportedly started after Raquel confessed to having an affair with Tom Sandoval.
The former beauty queen has had a rough two weeks after news broke that Raquel and Tom were involved in an affair while he was dating Ariana Madix. According to People, Raquel didn’t show up to court for the hearing about the restraining order. Raquel previously hinted that she would be dropping the case, even though she accused Scheana of giving her a black eye. But after not showing up, a judge had no other choice but to dismiss the case.
Scheana Shay’s Lawyers Fire Back Against VPR Star Raquel
After Raquel didn’t show up for the court hearing, Scheana’s lawyers released a statement referring to Raquel by her birth name, Rachel, writing, “This isn’t reality TV. This is the real world and Rachel’s actions have real consequences.” Scheana’s statement went on to say that she allegedly never punched Raquel and that the former fiancée of James Kennedy never suffered from a concussion as she had claimed.
Soon after news broke of Raquel’s part in the “Scandoval” affair, it was also revealed that Raquel alleged that the mother of one punched her during an altercation at a bar on March 2 after finding out about her months-long love affair. From day one, the Vanderpump Rules star denied she ever hurt Raquel, noting she had pushed her when the 28-year-old grabbed her wrist. At the time, Raquel posted a video of her alleged black eye and revealed that she also suffered from a head injury.
Bravo recently filmed the Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion, with both Raquel and Scheana having to work around the restraining order. Scheana couldn’t be within 100 feet of Raquel, and they couldn’t speak to one another directly. Ultimately, both reality TV stars were held in separate rooms and had their own time on the couch with Andy Cohen and their Vanderpump Rules co-stars. The reunion reportedly became heated when the topic of Raquel and Tom was brought up, as many of the Bravo personalities were on Team Ariana. For now, Raquel and Tom are riding out the storm together and may only be able to count on each other.
