Mel Will Take Over Doc’s Practice
Mel and Doc were some of the best characters on the show, but they faced some friction (and feels) when she found out that he was looking for a replacement for himself at the clinic. Fans predict that the practice might end up going to Mel, even though the trailer shows a handsome new Doctor who seems to have been hired by Doc Mullins.

Doc had hidden Lilly’s illness from her best friend, and unfortunately, Lilly passed before Hope could make it back. This would leave a rift in the trust and friendship that Doc and Hope shared. Still, fans are certain they will go through their recommitment ceremony this season.
Ricky Will Leave, And Lizzie Will Be Drawn To Denny
Lizzie was left miffed and upset by Ricky’s decision to join the Marines, which he took without consulting her first. However, being young and spritely, there is no doubt that Lizzie will move on quickly to fulfill her needs and desires.
