MCU and DCEU actor officially joins James Gunn and Peter Safran’s DCU as villain Maxwell Lord. Only three years after Maxwell Lord’s big-screen debut in Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman 1984, the DC villain has been recast for the DCU reboot.
According to Deadline, Guardians of the Galaxy and The Suicide Squad actor Sean Gunn has been chosen to replace Pedro Pascal in the role of Maxwell Lord, a famous Wonder Woman villain in DC Comics.
