Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent and her fiancé Randall Emmett have welcomed their first child together. The couple first announced their pregnancy in September 2020 during an episode of their podcast. Lala wanted to wait until after they were married to start having children, but the plans changed when her wedding was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, the pair decided to put their wedding on hold for now and begin growing their family.
Lala and Randall’s relationship was secretive at first, with Lala only referring to Randall as “her man.” Her castmates questioned how she was able to afford so much, such as her Range Rover, on a hostess salary. After a few years, her relationship with Randall was finally revealed and the couple seemed to be more in love than ever. He proposed to Lala in Mexico the day before her 28th birthday. The couple was scheduled to be married in April 2020, but the pandemic caused their plans to change with the wedding set for July 2021.
On Monday, Lala Kent announced via Instagram that she and Randall had welcomed their daughter into the world, after revealing that she had gone into labor the day before. In the caption, she revealed their daughter’s name, “Ocean Kent Emmett.” Randall already has two daughters with his ex-wife Ambyr Childers: London, 11, and Rylee, 7. Prior to giving birth, Lala was updating her followers by sharing special moments throughout her pregnancy. She posted several pictures and videos of her baring her growing bump, as well as a maternity shoot she did just weeks before she gave birth to her baby girl. Lala also shared the gender of their child by posting a video of someone coming down from the sky in a pink paraglider.
In the comment section of Lala’s announcement, several friends and fans left sweet comments congratulating the reality star on her new bundle of joy. Vanderpump Rules alum Kristen Doute said, “I love you my gorgeous La and you [sic] little baby Ocean! I can’t believe she’s here!!” Even Dorinda Medley from The Real Housewife of New York sent Lala well wishes. “Omg how exciting,” commented the former housewife. Bravo producer and host Andy Cohen congratulated the new mom by writing, “MAZEL!” in the comment section. Lala must be feeling the love so tremendously since welcoming her baby girl into the world.
The pair have been waiting nine long months to welcome their baby girl into the world. Lala has yet to reveal the face of her little one, but something tells us she is going to be a cutie. Maybe the next season of Vanderpump Rules will feature Lala, Randall, and their new bundle of joy.
