Vanderpump Rules: Faith Talks About Being A Part of All-White Cast

Faith talked candidly about being a part of a show that was an all-white cast on Vanderpump Rules. Faith only lasted one season, but few know her story.

After another season of the same shenanigans, Vanderpump Rules fans are wondering if the series is officially after introducing uninteresting newbies. The staples of the show are still around as Jax Taylor married Brittany Cartwright while the Tom’s and their respective ladies all moved into identical houses in the Valley. But some wondered if the show has become stale, thinking it may be the end of the road.

Not many fans remember Faith Stowers from Vanderpump Rules. She briefly worked at SUR for one season as a waitress but also was noted for hitting on Lisa Vanderpump’s son, Max. Recently E! reported that Stowers’s opened up about working on an all-white show, saying the experience “was a lot.” The reality star took to her Instagram Live speak about her time in the fourth season. A fan instantly asked her about her experiences with Stassi Schroeder. Stowers revealed that Schroeder and Kristen Doute had called the police on her after an article had come out about a light skin African American lady who was robbing people. The two friends decided to call the police and tell them it was Stowers. The reality star explained she had heard Stassi tell the story during an interview.

The incident was enough for Stowers to quit the show and move over to work on MTV. The Challenge alum felt that once she left the show the cast became upset with her. The interview in question was on a 2018 podcast called The Bitch Bible but has since been taken down. The same time frame showed Doute tweeting a link to the report about the robberies telling her fans that the suspect looked familiar.

Since the news of Schroder’s interview has reemerged, brands are cutting ties with the blonde and holding her accountable. Billie, which is a shaving brand announced they would end all partnerships with Schroeder. Ritual also tweeted that they would no longer include the Bravo personality in their campaigns. Stowers also has said she was upset with Bravo for not allowing her to film confessionals which would have shown an interesting story since she was a black female in the military and now the first and only black woman on the show.
