Ultimate Girls Trip: Kenya Says Ramona Is A ‘Jerk’ But Not Racist

Kenya Moore addressed her feud with Ramona Singer while filming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip and commented on whether she thinks Ramona is racist. Ramona has recently been at the center of shocking claims of racism against Eboni K. Williams. When looking at the UGT trailer and seeing the showdowns Ramona gets into with Kenya and others, it’s clear the OG housewife knows how to ruffle feathers. But recent claims accuse her of being even more vicious and possibly even racist when it comes to working with people from diverse backgrounds.

Most recently, details into the internal investigation Bravo launched against The Real Housewives of New York were revealed. Ramona was accused of saying some racist things about the show’s first Black housewife Eboni. However, due to insufficient evidence, the probe was closed. Details into what Ramona allegedly said about Eboni recently surfaced and the claims are far from good. “This is why we shouldn’t have black people on the show,” Ramona reportedly stated, though she has denied the shocking claims. Whatever did happen led to the season 13 reunion getting canceled and a current delay in production on the new season.

In the meantime, Ramona appeared in the first installment of the first-ever Housewives mashup. She and Luanne de Lesseps represented RHONY alongside cast members from other franchises. The show’s trailer shows The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore getting into a heated exchange with Ramona where “f-bombs” were tossed back and forth. Kenya is known for throwing shade, but even she wasn’t prepared for Ramona’s “blatantly disrespectful” behavior. “In the beginning, she just seemed to be very rude. She cursed at me within 30 minutes of meeting her,” Kenya told Page Six. “I’m not going to get along with someone who is just so blatantly disrespectful,” she added, noting that she is “not the girl to be disrespectful with.

Considering the recent claims of racism against Ramona, fans wonder if Kenya believes the allegations. But since she did not see the alleged act take place, she would rather not speak on it until all of the facts come out. Kenya did have her own experience filming with Ramona, and the former Miss USA didn’t get the feeling that Ramona felt a certain way about her and Cynthia Bailey’s Black ethnicity. “I didn’t get that sense,” Kenya said. “I got the sense that she was just a jerk.” The two are set to face off in the new spin-off and Kenya even gets into it with her friend Cynthia.

The first Housewives mashup proved to test some friendships and create new ones. The second installment of the spin-off was already filmed with a whole new set of alums across franchises. The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip will give fans another chance to see Ramona’s controversial behavior up close and personal. Considering the pause on RHONY, producers might be wondering if Ramona is worth all the hassle. Ramona has been a staple on the show since season 1, but her alleged behavior behind the scenes might lead to her finally making an exit.
