Nikki Bella and Brie Bella from Total Bellas have announced that they are both pregnant and due less than two weeks apart. The sisters have been documenting their lives for years now and can’t wait to include their fans on their journey.
Some of the most popular women of the WWE, Nicki and Brie Bella are back. After rising to fame on E!’s Total Divas, their reality show that focused on the impact their careers have within their personal lives outside the wrestling ring, the twins retired due to injuries. Fans watched on Total Bellas as Nikki’s fairytale romance with John Cena ended abruptly, leaving her to call off her wedding. Since then Bella has gotten engaged to Artem Chigvintsev of Dancing With The Stars fame.
According to People TV, both Nikki and Brie Bella are pregnant with due dates that are less than two weeks apart. The two announced on Wednesday, January 29th that they were both expecting little bundles of joy. Brie spoke with the outlet saying it was so neat to be able to say that they were twins who were pregnant at the same time as both sisters were shocked. Brie already has one daughter, Birdie, with her husband, Daniel Bryan, while Nikki just became engaged in November while vacationing in France. Even though Brie and Daniel had been trying to become pregnant for over eight months. Nikki told the outlet that the pregnancy came as “a total surprise” to her and took her a week to come to terms with the positive test. The pro wrestler said that she had a feeling after a yoga class one day that she should take a pregnancy test as she was having the same symptoms as her twin – who had already told her she was expecting. Both sisters had been feeling very nauseous and extremely tired, saying it feels as if they have had a hangover every day.
Fans of the twins will recall that when Nikki had dated John Cena, the couple had argued over whether or not to have children, with the ultimate decision being Nikki giving in. Cena did have a change of heart right before the breakup, but it was too little too late as Nikki had dreamed of becoming a mother her whole life. The two sisters, who are very close, are over the moon to be able to experience this miracle together and can not wait to introduce their little ones with their Total Bellas fans.
