Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ relationship may still be intact after all, as an image of a recent tarmac phone call between the currently disgraced Vanderpump Rules stars makes the rounds. Following public backlash from Tom and Raquel’s aptly named “Scandoval” affair, rumors began to circulate over Tom and Raquel parting ways. Case in point, after filming the explosive Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion, the pair ceased appearing publicly together, as Raquel took a quiet route away from the noise by entering into a mental health facility for counseling. In contrast, Tom began touring with his band, Tom Sandoval and The Most Extras, often flanked by female fans and friends.
In an image shared to TMZ by a Bravo fan in-the-know, the name “Raquel Leviss” could be seen on Tom’s phone screen. In this photo, the cover-band performer sat on a plane, engrossed in the conversation with his former affair partner. This eagle-eyed sleuth stood nearby long enough to overhear Tom’s “highly recognizable” voice speaking in a quiet tone while the plane was grounded. Though the full context of this hushed conversation is currently unknown, the source claimed to have heard Tom relaying that he was traveling to “f***ing Pittsburgh,” which checks out, as his band was booked for a show in the nearby city of Warrendale, PA.
VPR Star Lala Kent Labels Tom Sandoval’s Phone Call As Narcissistic
Lala Kent has consistently called out every poor move made by Tom post-Scandoval. In response to this newly captured image, Lala shared her shade via her Instagram Stories, which was captured and re-posted by @cici.loves.you. Cutting down her Vanderpump Rules‘ co-star, Lala wrote, “Look at this clown checking in on his Main Chick before he goes to get f***ed up and bang his Side Chicks.” Lala then shared exactly what she thought of this exchange, claiming, “He’s also making sure he maintains his energy supply. He’s got to keep her where he needs her.” Lala then ended by labeling this interaction as “nothing but an energy source for the narcissist.”
Lala has in-depth experience with narcissistic personalities, as she is currently fighting for custody of her daughter, Ocean, with her ex, Randall Emmett. Several voices have joined Lala’s as of late to label her ex a narcissist. Hulu even produced a documentary on Randall’s legal issues, which Lala has had to keep mostly mum on during the filming of her scenes on Vanderpump Rules. Therefore, Lala’s ability to spot red flags (similar behaviors and patterns) has strengthened. Lala’s seasons-long reactions over Raquel and Tom’s personalities, both of which she found alarming, have been clear. As to their affair, Lala was the least surprised, as a result.
Currently, the actual relationship status between Tom and Raquel has not been disclosed. Only speculation has arisen from the Vanderpump Rules cast and the highly invested viewers alike. Despite reports claiming they’re no longer together, most of these thoughts align with the pair possibly still being together but downplaying their romance in an effort to remove heat from their names. That said, the pair could also just be highly supportive of each other, as friends, due to their shared experiences involving public shaming. Whatever the case, Vanderpump Rules season 11 has a lot of ground to cover in this evolving storyline should Tom and Raquel choose to return for filming.
