Tokyo Vice Season 2 Episode 8 Recap: 12 Biggest Reveals

Tokyo Vice season 2, episode 8 “The Noble Path” follows the aftermath of Jake’s return to the U.S. and Sato’s banishment from the Chihara-Kai. Tokyo Vice season 2, episode 7 saw Hayama rise to prominence among the Chihara-Kai and gain full control of Sato’s brother Kaito by ordering him to shoot members of the Tozawa clan. After Katagiri and Nagata survive the assassination of Ishida’s killer Shijiro on their way to the courthouse, Katagiri begins to suspect that someone inside the Tokyo Police department is a mole, much like last season’s Miyamoto.

Tozawa continues along his reformed path of treating his yazuka clan as a business, vying for more political power through the corrupt Vice Minister Shigematsu. Jake works on developing his groundbreaking story on Tozawa and his alleged illegal liver transplant in the United States after successfully blackmailing the surgeon who performed the operation. With only two episodes left of Tokyo Vice season 2, Jake remains determined to expose Tozawa through his journalism, while Samantha goes rogue and looks for new ways to protect herself and Club Polina.
