“Time To Reassemble”: MCU Fan Poster Series Imagines Avengers 5’s New Team

A fan poster series imagines which Marvel Cinematic Universe heroes will be part of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty‘s new Avengers team. Earth’s Mightiest Heroes have been a major part of the MCU since 2012’s The Avengers, but after the team defeated Thanos in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame, the MCU has been without a new Avengers movie. That will change when 2026’s Avengers: The Kang Dynasty finally debuts the new version of the superhero team.

On Instagram, @chg_studio2021 shared a series of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty fan posters imagining which MCU heroes will be part of the movie’s new Avengers team.

The three remaining members of the MCU’s original Avengers — Thor, Hulk, and Hawkeye — appear as part of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty‘s team, with several characters that were recently introduced to the MCU, such as Hailee Steinfeld’s Kate Bishop and Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova, joining the veterans. MCU fan favorites like Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Doctor Strange also appear among the several Marvel heroes remembered by the fan posters.

Which Heroes Are Most Likely To Show Up In Avengers: The Kang Dynasty?

The MCU’s Multiverse Saga features Kang the Conqueror as its main villain, and based on Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, the new Avengers team will be fighting the Council of Kangs in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. Having gone up against Kang and coming out successful, with Jonathan Majors’ villain seemingly dead, Ant-Man and the Wasp should be two Avengers confirmed for the fight against the Council of Kangs, especially due to the third Ant-Man movie’s writer — Jeff Loveness — also penning the next Avengers film.

When speaking about Avengers: The Kang Dynasty‘s story, Loveness talked about how it was time to take the new heroes that were introduced to the MCU during Phase 4 and “throw them into the fire.” Based on the writer’s words, fans can expect heroes like Shang-Chi, Kate Bishop, Yelena Belova, She-Hulk, and more to appear as part of the MCU’s new Avengers team.

While a renewal process is necessary, a couple of the original Avengers could be part of the Avengers: The Kang Dynasty‘s team. Fighting the Council of Kangs will likely prove to be deadly, and having a character like Thor sacrifice himself for the new generation of heroes would be impactful. Other MCU heroes like Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel, and Spider-Man are all but guaranteed to have a role in the film. Given his popularity and Daredevil: Born Again getting the most episodes out of any MCU series, Charlie Cox’s Daredevil is also a safe bet to be part of the new team that will debut in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
