Ted Lasso, which first premiered on Apple TV+ in 2020, follows an American college football coach (Sudeikis) and his assistant Coach Beard (Brendan Hunt) as they unexpectedly are asked to coach an English soccer team, AFC Richmond. Also on the Ted Lasso cast, the team’s owner, Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham), seeks to sink the club to get back at her ex-husband Rupert.
