Bonhart is a bounty hunter, considered one of the best villains in Sapkowski’s The Witcher novels.

To be fair, one problem with this solution is that Geralt never has a fight with Leo Bonhart in the books. One huge criticism of The Witcher is that it often veers off on its own course rather than sticking with the source material. However, this change could be really beneficial. By allowing Hemsworth’s Geralt to fight Leo Bonhart, the show would be making it easier for viewers to fall in love with this new Geralt. Audiences need to see that Hemsworth’s Geralt is as skilled and likable as Cavill’s Geralt. Adding a fight with Bonhart can effectively do this.

However, this fight would not be an easy win. To pit Geralt and Leo Bonhart together would be an immediate win for The Witcher due to their incredible skills and reputations.
