90 Day Fiancé fans witnessed a lot of drama during the four-part 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7 Tell-All, and while some cast members came out on top, others flopped hard. The extended reunion event saw the seven Happily Ever After season 7 couples gathering in New York for the longest Tell-All yet led by host Shaun Robinson. Several 90 Day Fiancé franchise stars impressed viewers, though plenty of cast members annoyed fans.
The cast of Happily Ever After season 7 aired a lot of drama during the Tell-All. The ten present cast members filmed the reunion over two days, though the extended event also focused on when the couples arrived in New York and packed up afterward. Meanwhile, it included the cast members drinking together after the first day of filming to see further how cast members interacted in front of the cameras. TLC also paired up a number of unexpected cast members to forge new connections. Overall, viewers witnessed some new friendships forming, though they also experienced a record amount of fighting between cast members.
Liz Woods Was Disappointing
Liz Woods is one 90 Day Fiancé franchise cast member who walked away from the Tell-All in a worse place. Liz is not a villain, but it’s beyond frustrating that she hasn’t dumped Big Ed Brown. Big Ed treated Liz terribly during the Tell-All, including humiliating her, lying to her, and gaslighting her in front of the entire cast. However, Liz shockingly voiced that she still wanted to give things another go. She even wore a replacement ring on her finger after Big Ed demanded she return her engagement ring. 90 Day Fiancé fans simply don’t know how far rock bottom is for Liz regarding her deeply dysfunctional relationship with Big Ed.
Andrei Castravet Was Surprisingly Enjoyable
Andrei Castravet didn’t have a big plot during the Happily Ever After Tell-All, though he managed to walk away with praise for several scenes. His wife, Libby Potthast, called in and confirmed that they have the most stable relationship out of the cast, as they don’t have drama between themselves. Meanwhile, Andrei shockingly made progress with his sister-in-law Becky Lichtwerch that even saw him promising they would sort things out after they had a notoriously unstable relationship. However, Andrei’s most impressive moment was coining the new nickname for Big Ed, “Small Ed.” Andrei was clearly not happy with Big Ed’s behavior and made sure to call out the other man while hilariously putting him in his place.
Michael Ilesanmi Earned 90 Day Fiancé Cast Criticism
It would have been satisfying to see the Happily Ever After cast call out franchise villain Angela Deem. It was disappointing to see Angela skirt responsibility, as she was instead made to be a victim.
Instead, the cast called out Angela’s husband, Michael Ilesanmi, as the Nigerian man was put on blast for talking to a woman online. The 90 Day Fiancé franchise cast members voiced their disapproval of Michael, while Angela was never held accountable for her own online flirtation with her friend Billy. It was frustrating watching Michael called out while Angela didn’t have to answer for her terrible behavior. Meanwhile, Michael faced more yelling and drama from Angela.
Jovi Dufren Was Impressive On The 90 Day Fiancé Tell All
When Jovi Dufren initially entered the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, his party-boy behavior was irritating. However, he has shown growth throughout his run in the franchise and seems to have matured. Though Jovi and Yara don’t appear to have a very strong or stable marriage, they both shined as individuals during the Tell-All. Jovi stood up for Liz and called Big Ed out for his behavior. He also revealed that he has made personal growth when speaking with Yara about their future. Many viewers especially loved how Jovi reacted to the drama between his fellow 90 Day Fiancé franchise cast members. Jovi was often pictured in the background making surprised and entertained faces while drama unfurled around him.
Usman Umar Was Branded A Scammer
Like Michael, Usman called into the Happily Ever After reunion to be called out by his fellow cast members. However, the criticism of Usman was far more deserved. The Nigerian man was put on blast by his ex Kim Menzies’ son Jamal Menzies who called him a user, selfish, and narcissistic. Many of the Happily Ever After cast members agreed that Usman was a scammer. Andrei, Jovi, Yara, and Shaeeda Sween all vocally agreed with Jamal’s claims, though the entire stage appeared to think that Usman had set out to use Kim from the start. Meanwhile, Angela continued her personal beef with the Nigerian man.
Yara Zaya Earned Applause At The 90 Day Fiancé Tell All
Yara Zaya was praised by 90 Day Fiancé franchise fans for being the only person brave enough to call out Angela Deem when she stormed the stage. Yara refused to let Angela intimidate her, and she held her ground while Angela furiously got in her face. She also called Angela a bully regarding her marriage to Michael. Yara later refused to listen to Liz discuss Big Ed as she voiced how much she couldn’t stand him. While things are rocky between Yara and Jovi, franchise fans loved Yara’s new friendship with Shaeeda. Yara had Shaeeda’s back and helped her new friend stand up for herself and assert her needs. Yara proved her loyalty and made sure to back Shaeeda during her segments.
Big Ed Brown Was Infuriating
Although Angela was expected to be the Tell-All terror she is known as, Big Ed Brown was easily the worst behaved 90 Day Fiancé franchise cast member. Big Ed gaslit Liz and managed to blame her for his being revealed as a cheater by TLC. He later turned his “apology” into once again attacking his partner and then accused Liz of “performing” when she started crying. The entire 90 Day Fiancé franchise cast called out Big Ed and stood up for Liz, though he continued to bash her and insist she was fake. It’s shocking that Liz continues to take back Big Ed when he so clearly mistreats, disrespects, and humiliates her.
