While 45 days is the smallest release window for The Marvels, Marvel could still decide to wait much longer to bring the movie to the streaming platform. Previous MCU films such as Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which received audience and critic reviews quite different from each other, were released 83 days and 90 days, respectively. December 23 seems like an appropriate streaming release date for The Marvels, though December 24 and December 25 also make sense due to Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, which fall on Friday and Saturday in 2023.
