The Family Chantel: Chantel Gets Grilled About Nicole Jimeno’s Braces (& Pedro) In New Interview

The Family Chantel season 5 star Chantel Jimeno’s battling Pedro Jimeno and his relatives, and she just opened up about her life in an interview, after getting asked about her former sister-in-law’s Nicole Jimeno’s braces. Onscreen, Chantel’s doing her best to keep her cool, but her ex Pedro’s really provoking her. During their meeting with a real estate agent, as per the show, Chantel had to hold back tears. She stayed strong while Pedro stated that they were finally divorced. He crassly added:

Chantel’s been dealing with a lot, and her heartbreak is raw in The Family Chantel season 5. Offscreen, she’s talking about the current reality TV show installment and more, as per Chantel‘s Instagram clip. The teaser video was added to promote a Pink Shade podcast, which is now available at Apple Subscriptions, Patreon, and Supercast. When asked about Nicole’s “disappearing” braces, which the interviewer said, “disappear and reappear,” Chantel seemed to duck the question. The person she did speak about in the clip (in the most blistering terms) was her ex, Pedro. The interviewer said it seemed like Chantel, “suspected” Pedro was a cheater. Chantel then unloaded with this:

That quote was intense – it showcased the emotional turmoil and bitterness that Chantel has to live with. As time passes, she’ll adjust, but they say it takes six months to recover for every year a couple was together. They were married for about five years, so it’s only natural that Chantel will need more time before she’s truly at peace with the situation. She has issues with the “monster” Pedro and doesn’t like Nicole much either. In the actual podcast, there’s a chance that she’ll have more to say about Nicole’s braces and her fraught relationship with her sister-in-law.

The Family Chantel season 5’s been a wild ride, and no one’s suffered more than Chantel. Her pain is hard to watch. She’s bravely trying to process everything that’s happening to her. Meanwhile, Pedro’s dating her lookalike, or calling out her post-split decisions. Things are so messy for this couple, who used to be happy. Maybe they were never as happy as they seemed to be. So many issues kept them from making it work, from interfering in-laws to cheating rumors and beyond. Chantel deserves plenty of love and support as she moves on to the next phase in her life. She definitely gave one hundred percent in that relationship.
