There are 18 Pokémon types that players can choose from when playing Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, and one of the best types to have in one’s team are Fairy-type Pokémon. The newest Fairy-type Pokémon are as follows: Dachsbun, Fidough, Flutter Mane, Iron Valiant, Scream Tail, Tinkatink, Tinkaton, and Tinkatuff.

Fairy-type Pokémon are not only known for their cuteness but for their powers relating to magic and the supernatural. One of their unique powers is the ability to purify objects. Fairy-type Pokémon are most effective against Dark-, Dragon-, and Fighting-type Pokémon and are weak to Poison- and Steel-type attacks. Here are the strongest Fairy-type Pokémon, based loosely on BST, every trainer should have on their team. Note that BST refers to the sum of the base stats of each Pokémon. These stats include HP, attack, defense, special attack, special defense, and speed.
