Ever since The Bachelor premiered back in 2002, there have been a number of feuds that took place on and off the show.

From Ashley Iaconetti and Kelsey to Hannah Brown and Luke Parker, the franchise has seen a number of feuds blossom between past and present contestants. Here are four of the most shocking and iconic feuds to happen in Bachelor history.

Rachel Lindsay and Colton Underwood

Back in 2019, Colton inserted himself into a feud between Rachel and Raven Gates, who was the runner up on Nick Viall’s season. “Shocker. Rachel mad at another person… does she like anyone?” he commented under the comment section of an Us Weekly post regarding the feud. He later revealed that Rachel had spoken poorly of him and even bad mouthed him to his former girlfriend, Cassie Randolph. Rachel replied to Colton’s comment by inviting him onto her podcast so they can talk things out. Colton agreed to come on, but only if the producer left their conversation “raw, unedited and untouched.” Colton never appeared on the podcast.

Ashley Iaconetti and Kelsey Poe

Ashley Iaconetti in Bachelor in Paradise

Ashley and Kelsey both appeared on Chris Soules season of The Bachelor where they were both featured on the most intense two-on-one date in the history on the show. The two had been fighting all season and fans know if you are at odds with someone in the house, you are bound to end up on a two-on-one date. Before Chris sent home both women, Kelsey had no trouble expressing her true feelings towards Ashley in a confessional. “I just got thrown under the bus. This is a game to her. She’s a Kardashian who didn’t get to go on a princess date, who has way too much makeup on be genuine,” adding, “She’s desperate. … I am a woman and I am going to remember that she thinks she’s playing a game, but I’m not.” Funnily enough, Kelsey was never heard from again after the Women Tell All.

Hannah Brown and Luke Parker

Nick Viall from The Bachelor holding a rose

Instead of having a memorable love story, Hannah and Luke had the most iconic feud between a lead and a suitor. Luke began as a front-runner for Hannah as he received her first impression rose on night one. The relationship quickly derailed when he slut-shamed her after he discovered she slept with another contestant during the overnight dates. Hannah was furious by Luke’s reaction and told him off.  “I have had sex. And honestly, Jesus still loves me. From obviously how you feel, me f**king in a windmill, you probably wanna leave,” adding, “I f**ked in a windmill. And guess what? We did it a second time!” After she was done giving her speech she sent him packing.  The next day Luke reappeared at the rose ceremony and she was forced to kick him out.

Nick Viall and Shawn Booth

From the moment Nick joined Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season in 2015, Shawn made it clear that he was not a fan of his. After he found out Kaitlyn and Nick had slept together half way through the season, Shawn couldn’t even refer to Nick by name. While Kaitlyn picked Shawn in the end, the personal trainer revealed the “Nick situation” was always something in the back of his mind. After Shawn and Kaitlyn split later year, Kaitlyn believed she was shamed for becoming physical with Nick during her season even though she was not ashamed by her actions.
