The casts of Star Trek had ample cause to celebrate after Star Trek: Picard, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, and Star Trek: The Next Generation won big at the 51st annual Saturn Awards. Recognizing excellence in the sci-fi, horror, and fantasy genres, the Saturns highlighted the achievements of Star Trek on Paramount+’s biggest series in ways the Emmy Awards and Critics Choice Awards voters failed to, although Strange New Worlds did receive Critics Choice nominations. Star Trek: Picard‘s 7 nominations and Strange New Worlds’ 6 nominations led the television field, with Star Trek: Lower Decks unfortunately losing the Best Animated Series or Special Saturn to Star Wars: The Bad Batch.
Todd Stashwick joined his fellow Star Trek: Picard cast members on stage when Picard won Best Science Fiction Television Series, and Stashwick made sure to snap plenty of photos as Star Trek actors celebrated their big Saturn Awards wins. In all, Star Trek: Picard won 5 major awards, while Paul Wesley won the Saturn for Best Guest Star in a Television Series for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.Star Trek: The Next Generation also won a Lifetime Achievement Award.
