After stealing the show in Captain America: Civil War, the all-new MCU version of Peter Parker is set to make his solo debut when Spider-Man: Homecoming wall-crawls into theaters this summer. Thanks to the first trailer for the film, it’s clear fellow-Avenger Iron Man will be teaming up with Spidey. He’ll also be squaring off against Michael Keaton’s updated take on the Vulture, who looks to pose quite a threat to the young hero. Since 2017 will be the first time Marvel releases three films in a single year, fans are primed for an action packed few months, as Spidey will be flanked by Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Thor: Ragnarok.
Though the other franchises have already proven themselves, this new solo Spider-Man has not. Though Tom Holland won audiences over in the Russo Brothers-directed Civil War, Homecoming faces a different set of expectations. Still, all signs seem to point towards an exciting and hilarious return to Spidey’s roots, as everything from his Steve Ditko-inspired costume and the film’s high school setting harken back to the character’s comic book origin.
For fans who just can’t wait for the movie to come out, Hasbro has you covered with a first look at their new line of Spider-Man: Homecoming toys. Check out the images of the Spidey and Vulture figures below:

The new line features both Spider-Man and Vulture in some fairly detailed versions of their movie costumes. There’s also a version of Spidey in his original homemade costume, offering what may be the best look at it yet. It’s unknown whether this will feature in the film as the movie takes place after Peter gets an upgrade from Tony Stark, but we could see it appear in a flashback.
What likely won’t appear in the film in any way are the Spider Racer or web canons. Toys have a long history of augmenting characters with various themed weaponry never seen on screen or page, and special vehicles usually follow suit. The Vulture playset also looks to be an embellishment, though it could be based on a scene from the movie where the hero and villain fight. It could also be a stylization of the Vulture’s hideout, where he and his henchman roost between jobs. The line of figures will run from $7.99–$14.99, with the Vulture Attack Set costing $44.99 and the Spider Racer Vehicle coming in at $24.99.
