Southern Charm: What’s Naomie Olindo Up To In 2023?

Naomie Olindo was on and off Southern Charm between seasons 2 and 8, but what is she up to now in 2023? The now 31-year-old joined the cast of the Bravo series during season 2 when she was introduced as Craig Conover’s then-girlfriend. The two were crazy about each other, and Craig even thought they would get married someday. However, their relationship started to go downhill during season 4. The pair were officially over by season 5, and Naomie began dating Metul Shah in Southern Charm season 6. Despite her new romance, Naomie and Metul ended their relationship in the summer of 2022.

Naomie discovered Metul had been unfaithful to her during their relationship and immediately ended things with him. She moved back to Charleston, South Carolina, from New York City and Naomie joined the cast of Southern Charm season 8. While it was exciting to have Namoie back on the show, she clearly didn’t enjoy her time being back, especially having to film with her ex, Craig, who was now in a committed relationship with someone new, Paige DeSorbo from Summer House. Despite trying to make a comeback to reality TV, Naomie knew she was better off away from the Southern Charm cameras and went back to her normal life.

Naomie Went To Chelsea Meissner’s Baby Shower

After leaving Southern Charm last year, Namoie has been laying low and away from the cast. However, she is still close with former Southern Charm cast members like Chelsea Meissner. Naomie even went to Chelsea’s baby shower in August and shared a photo of the two alongside Cameran Eubanks, another ex-Southern Charm cast member. “One loved petite fille,” Naomie captioned the carousel of two photos.

During their time on the Bravo series, Naomie and Chelsea always maintained a close relationship. They both dated two of the main guys from the show (Naomie with Craig and Chelsea with Austen Kroll), so they understand each other more than other castmates. It seems the two remained just as close post-show.

Naomie Does A Lot Of Brand Deals

Even though Naomie is no longer on Southern Charm, her fans and people who watch the series in general associate her with the show. With that comes a decently high status of fame, which allows her to do brand deals. On Instagram, Naomie has shared quite a few posts that were brand deals with several reputable companies. Recently, Naomie did a brand deal with THE BOMB CO, a company that offers smoothie boosters that help make “smoothies easy, delicious, and nutritious.” Some other brands Naomie has worked with include Barefaced, reVive Light Therapy® and more. It’s clear that Naomie doesn’t need that Southern Charm paycheck.

She’s Still Friends With Some Of Her Former Southern Charm Co-Stars

Other than remaining close with Chelsea, who Naomie originally left with following Southern Charm season 6, she is also still friends with former original cast member Cameran. Besides seeing each other at Chelsea’s baby shower, they’ve also done other hangouts. Back in June, Naomie shared a carousel of photos on Instagram, one including her and Cameran alongside another friend. In another several photos, Olivia Flowers, a Southern Charm season 9 cast member, was also included. Namoie is still super close with Madison Simon as well, whose father is the owner of the boutique Kathyrn Dennis once worked at called Gwynn’s of Mount Pleasant.

Will Naomie Ever Return To Southern Charm?

As for Naomie ever returning to Southern Charm, that seems very unlikely. She tried returning following her break-up with Metul, but she wasn’t able to connect with the cast or viewers like she did the first time around. Plus, the awkwardness between her and Craig following their one-time hook-up and him then going into a relationship shortly after may not be a good idea for either of them. It seems Naomie’s time as a Southern Charm cast member is done for the time being.
