Sims 4 Player’s Hilarious Giant Toilet House Used For Killing Sims

Players have long been using The Sims 4 to create ambitious, weird, and inventive creations, but one fan has built a much more nefarious, hilarious, and huge toilet house with the express purpose of killing Sims. Despite not having a full-fledged new release since 2014, EA’s life simulation franchise has remained popular mainly through regular updates and content drops, with the latest game announcements confirming new Game Packs and Kits for Sims 4.

Even without the use of mods (of which there are plenty) Sims 4 players can pull off some truly impressive and creative builds. Players have leveraged the game’s crafting mechanics to realize entire fantasy towns, themed homes, and luxurious resorts. Not all user-generated content in Sims 4 is so wholesome, however, as there are plenty of fans who enjoy making the most of their virtual omnipotence by tormenting their Sims or putting them in dangerous situations. These instances can be as simple as a player setting small traps for their Sims, or they can take things to a much darker place, putting Sims in life-threatening situations and prompting a visit from the Grim Reaper. One Sims 4 player even trapped a Sim in the walls of another’s home, torturing two AI citizens at once.

One crafty gamer is continuing this long tradition of Sims 4 torture, albeit with a comedic and absurd twist. True to their name, Reddit user anytimeistacotime recently shared some images of their taco-themed home online. While this building. shaped to resemble a giant taco, is impressive, the real attraction is across the street, where a huge toilet-shaped building resides, waiting to lure Sims in. This trap seems to be effective, as one of anytimeistacotime’s shared images is of a drowned Sim floating in the colossal toilet bowl, with the Grim Reaper standing patiently beside the water.

Looking past the morbid nature of this setup and situation, it’s admittedly quite a funny way to trick Sims, especially when one imagines The Sims 4‘s Grim Reaper arriving at the toilet to whisk the Sim to the afterlife. A giant toilet bowl isn’t typically something one thinks of as dangerous, which makes the deadly twist all the more shocking. If anything, this build embodies the signature chaotic energy of The Sims, even serving as something of a throwback to the infamous way of causing Sim deaths by removing the pool ladder, something that no longer troubles Sims in later games.

It doesn’t seem that the popularity of The Sims 4 is dwindling in any major way, which is great news for anyone who enjoys these kinds of absurd creations. Through new patches and additional game content, more doors will open when it comes to creative structures. Indeed, those who want to see more twisted and hilarious builds in The Sims 4 have plenty to look forward to.
