The speculation comes after the reality star deactivated her Twitter and shared an image of a manila envelope with her “receipts” that she later deleted from her Instagram. Her possible departure from the show comes after news of her contract negotiations and the subsequent backlash she received for her behavior last season. Lisa’s behavior on and off RHOBH was criticized by some cast members and viewers alike. Her most notable critic was Kathy Hilton, who called her “the Biggest Bully in Hollywood.”
Lisa has suggested on her social media and during the RHOBH season 12 reunion that she may need to be put on pause from the show. Last month at BravoCon, she was booed by the live audience after her introduction at the RHOBH panel. Despite taking the negative reception in stride, Kyle Richards came to her defense, saying the crowd’s response bothered her. An overwhelming amount of fans have expressed their frustration with Lisa’s antics online, which came after Lisa clearly exaggerated Kathy’s Aspen meltdown. By the end of RHOBH season 12, Lisa maintained that she was traumatized by Kathy’s behavior, but many fans questioned her credibility based on her horrific treatment of Sutton Starcke this season, as well as women from previous seasons.

Earlier this week, Lisa’s Twitter account was deactivated. Some speculated that it was due to the recent controversy surrounding Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, while others thought the platform banned her for sharing a threatening tweet. Watching Bravo tweeted a screenshot of Lisa’s Twitter account, where she shared an image of herself smiling while holding a gun. On the image, she wrote, “When I find me Patrick S.” On Instagram, Lisa addressed the speculation that she was banned from Twitter via her Instagram Story. In a shared screenshot of her deleted Twitter profile, Lisa, who was booed at BravoCon, wrote, “I deactivated my twitter account this morning. My choice.” Although Lisa may have voluntarily deleted her Twitter, she may be taking a break from tweeting to avoid any discourse surrounding her suspected exit from RHOBH.

Lisa has been very active on social media, offering fans some insight as to what is going on behind the scenes. Despite deactivating her Twitter account, Lisa has remained very active on Instagram. Recently, she shared her disappointment with the reunion, claiming that the producers did not want her to receive any sympathy. RHOBH cut her portrait of her deceased mother, Lois, as well as Lisa’s manila envelope of receipts. On Radio Andy, Andy Cohen gave some clarity on the situation by stating, “What was in the manila envelope was receipts relating to the Elton John AIDS Foundation ticket snafu.” He went on to say that a lot of footage from the RHOBH reunion was cut to keep the reunion down to three parts.
Though the cast for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 has not been confirmed, Lisa’s social media activity (including the removal of any Bravo-related content from her online profiles) indicates that her contract negotiations with Bravo may not have gone as planned. Lisa is one of the best villains in the franchise, but some fans are exhausted by her need to stir the pot. With so much negativity surrounding this past season, a hiatus from the show may be the best thing for Lisa right now.
