As much as we love knowing the juicy tidbits of these realtors’ love and marriage life, right now, we want to know more about their incomes. More importantly, we want to know which one of these successful ladies makes the most money.
Many fans would already know that these real estate agents make their income through commissions. The commission is calculated by subtracting a certain percentage (usually ranges from 3% to 6%) from the cost of the house they sell. For example, Mary Fitzgerald recently sold a property worth $8,000,000 and earned a commission of $240,000, which is 3% of the cost of the listing. Based on these criteria, let’s find out who has more listings, how much can they earn, and ultimately, who will make the most profit.

Well, she has recently stepped into the real estate industry, so she might take some time to get used to the business before making huge profits. Next up is the mom of two, Maya Vander, who has four properties. She can rake up to $440,700 overall. That’s pretty impressive given that she is now also taking care of two little cutie pies. She also operates in Florida-based brokerage, so there will be an additional income.
Heather Rae Young seems to be juggling a lot between her personal and professional life. She also has four listings in hand, which can help her make a commission of $460,770. Chrishell Stause can earn higher than Heather, which is $539,670 after four sales. She is a good actress as well as an excellent realtor. Kudos, girl! The sassiest queen of The Oppenheim Group managed to have five uber-expensive houses in her kitty. She has the potential to earn a whopping $932,400. Christine’s frenemy Mary Fitzgerald can collect $1,124,250 in commission out of her seven listings.
But if Davina Potratz’s one listing of $75,000,000 gets sold, then she would be the highest-earning realtor of the group while getting the massive commission of $2,250,000. Well, Davina doesn’t indulge much in office gossip or talks about her personal life on-camera. Still, she sure knows how to do well in the real estate business. She was adamant about taking this risky listing with or without her boss’s approval. That takes some guts, and she definitely has it!
