Saints Row: How to Unlock The Vindicator (Forgotten Prototype Locations)

Saints Row: How to Unlock The Vindicator (Forgotten Prototype Locations)

Fans of retro-futuristic design might want to consider getting their hands on the Vindicator, the rocket-shaped Forgotten Prototype in Saints Row that resembles what an individual from the 60s would imagine a sci-fi car would look like. True to the nature of its design, the Vindicator features Infinite Boost, a Signature Ability that enables its driver to have an unlimited supply of nitrous for super fast traversal. Similar to a mechanic of the past Burnout series, Saints Row reboot fans can refill their nitrous by avoiding collisions with other cars while on the road.

Unlocking the Vindicator Forgotten Prototype in Saints Row involves a similar process to the Ant Buggy. Fans must explore the wilderness of Santo Ileso in search of Lost Wheels, kinetic dual-windmills that can be found in fixed locations across the map. Once players have found one, they must approach it and interact with the mailbox near its base. Lost Wheels that are connected to the Vindicator will yield an item known as “rocket car parts.” After collecting all five, the new rocket-style Vehicle will be automatically added to the Vehicle Garage for immediate use.

Thanks to YouTube content creator DPJ, Saints Row fans can save time by knowing where to find all Forgotten Prototype Lost Wheels instead of combing the deserts of Santo Ileso on their own. However, before embarking on the hunt for rocket car parts, DPJ highly recommends players acquire a helicopter for easier traversal across the wilderness. A chopper can be found in a camp north of the Pony Express Side Hustle.

    Summary:
After almost a decade, the classic open-world game from Volition returns as Saints Row. This fifth entry acts as a soft reboot set in Santo Ileso, a fictional city modeled after Las Vegas, Nevada. A crime-ridden empire, Santo Ileso is inhabited by three gangs, the Los Panteros, The Idols, and Marshall Defense Industries. When the player, a former member of MDI, grows unsatisfied with how things are being handled in the city, they will join forces with three others that have also grown disillusioned with their employer’s view of the world. Together, this group of four will build up their gang, the Saints, as they dream it to be. Players will once again be able to fully customize their character to their liking and tackle the city how they want to while progressing through story-based missions. From cars to VTOLs, all of the staple Saints Row vehicular options also return, as well as the third-person shooting gameplay utilized in the first four entries.
