Ramona Singer and Kenya Moore didn’t get along while filming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, and Ramona thinks that Kenya is the reason why. Viewers watched Ramona and Kenya get started on the wrong foot while en route to Turks and Caicos. Ramona was the first one to get verbally aggressive with Kenya after being asked about her divorce from Mario. According to Ramona, however, Kenya is the one who “had it out” for her from the beginning.
With Kenya’s knack for asking the hard – and often shady – questions and Ramona making snide remarks, the two All-Stars were bound to butt heads while filming together. Kenya kicked things off by asking Ramona about how fast she moved on from Mario while they were still legally married. “I was getting f***ing divorced, b**ch,” Ramona shouted at Kenya. However, Kenya was not having it and quickly told Ramona that she was not to be talked to like that. This particular incident came after Ramona repeatedly referred to Kenya as her arch-enemy Porsha because Porsha was the only The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member that Ramona claimed to know after admitting to not watching the show.
Despite her blatantly rude behavior, Ramona thinks Kenya is the reason they didn’t get along while filming the spin-off. “[Kenya], for some reason, she had it out for me,” Ramona told Us Weekly. “The producers even said, ‘Wow, we’ve never seen anybody like this toward someone.’ It was difficult for me because I can usually handle anything.” With that said, one look at the actual footage and it’s clear that Ramona was anything but a targeted victim. She managed to offend all of the ladies, even her co-star Luann de Lesseps. While Kenya was more vocal about her dislike for Ramona’s antics, all of the ladies agreed that Ramona was the problem.
In true Ramona fashion, she is not seeing her behavior as problematic in any way. After arguing with Kenya on the plane, Ramona started another quarrel as she took the best room in the house. Melissa Gorga called her out for putting her dirty feet into the freshly-made bed before the housewives got a chance to select their rooms. In turn, Ramona claims that she only took the best room because she didn’t want to “disappoint” her fans who were telling her on social media that she better get the best room. But Ramona’s fans weren’t there to back her up when she upset the rest of the cast.
Kenya and Ramona managed to make it through filming without ripping each other’s heads off. Kenya even defended Ramona against claims of being racist. According to Kenya, Ramona is just a “jerk,” but not a racist. Nonetheless, it wasn’t all smooth sailing for the two All-Stars. In turn, Ramona’s followers might be happy to see the great lengths she went to secure the best room, even if she did become the villain on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
