RHONJ: Teresa Giudice May Be Duping Fans With Fake Designer Clothing

Some people are wondering if The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is duping her fans by wearing fake designer clothing. The Montville native has been called out for promoting fake labels, and fans are not impressed.

The table-flipping diva of the Garden State makes a pretty penny, thanks to her name and brand being launched by the Bravo franchise. Teresa has always been a lightning rod for drama on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Throughout the years, fans had questions about her marriage. After some hard time in jail and Joe’s deportation to Italy, Teresa and Joe called it quits. Teresa has recently been in the news because she’s seeing a new man, Luis Ruelas. Now, she’s also getting press because of the labels that she wears.

According to the Instagram account @therealbadfashions, the real housewife may be sporting dupes of Balenciaga, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton designs. Teresa has amassed quite an impressive net worth and she’s not even 50 years old yet, so fans are curious as to whether she is spending her money on luxury high fashion or faux labels. The account posted a picture of Teresa in what appeared to be a Balenciaga t-shirt, alongside an image of a similar shirt, which is a genuine Balenciaga product. The post was captioned, “Oh Tre, you look GORGEOUS as ever but that logo looks straight up like a blob on your chest. As you can easily tell the logo is wrong, the shirt color is off, and the cut of the shirt of different. Shirts are screen printed to avoid errors and to make every shirt exact.” Check out the post about Teresa’s alleged dupe below:

Giudice was being called out and a fan frenzy started. Some thought “The Skinny Italian” author deserved the shade since all these housewives claim to be rich. Ramona Singer from The Real Housewives of New York has been called out for using fake purses bought on Canal Street. Bravo viewers loved seeing the alleged knockoff called out and wondered why she would have bought one. Many housewives do own items from the real designers, and when they wear knockoffs, fans generally assume those dupes are the real thing.

Who knew that watching well-heeled Real Housewives get called out for their alleged cheapness would bring such joy to the faces of social media users? In these trying 2020 times, the news sure did bring a Grinch-like smile to many Bravo fans’ faces. Hopefully, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has learned her lesson.
