As The Real Housewives of Miami starts unpacking Lisa Hochstein’s impending divorce, it’s beginning to look like Larsa Pippen knew about Lenny Hochstein’s infidelity long before her. Lisa and Larsa came into the RHOM reboot as best friends last year. While the show hasn’t been running, that didn’t stop the RHOM OG’s friendships, including Marysol Patton, Alexia Echevarria, and Adriana DeMoura. Lisa stood by Larsa through her divorce until tension sparked at the RHOM season 4 reunion. However, while Marysol, Alexia, and Adriana had Lisa’s back unequivocally, Larsa started RHOM season 5 ready for a fight.
Lisa has called Larsa her number-one supporter since her separation. However, the tone of Larsa and Lisa’s storyline ahead of the reveal that Lenny was leaving Lisa says something different. To be fair, Lisa started the fight when she shaded Larsa’s new apartment building. Lisa told Guerdy Abraira about light shading Larsa while having drinks with Marysol. She explained, “so I was repeating this joke, and one of her jokes was if you live in this building, that’s where the hookers and drug dealers and prostitutes live.” As it turns out, the joke was actually, “that’s where the only fans people live.” Larsa, in turn, questioned Lisa about her finances, saying, “you know what’s very funny I looked online one day, and they were talking about you guys renting your house every weekend to pay your mortgage.”
Larsa Hinted She Knew More About Lenny & Lisa’s Finances
Guerdy and Marysol agreed that they’d heard about Lisa’s house being rented, including a lawsuit from Nicky Jam and music videos filmed there as evidence. The criticism could have just been tit-for-tat. At the same time, something about Larsa’s smugness made it seem like she knew she was preying on Lisa and her finances at her weakest point. Larsa also said, “When have I ever repeated anything that I’ve heard about you in life? There’s five billion things I could look up and say about you and your relationship, and your home and your husband.” Larsa made no apologies for being aggressive, justifying her behavior as someone who has needed to be on the defense her whole life.
The RHOM Housewives Might’ve Known About Lenny’s Affair Before Lisa
Larsa also pointed out that she’s earned her money, unlike Lisa, an almost threat of how the financial tides could turn on Lisa. At the same time, the group discussions make it seem like Larsa wasn’t the only one who’d heard the gossip around town that Lenny was cheating. Alexia brought up Lenny’s lingerie-clad influencer parties, and most of the RHOM housewives consigned that they were strange. Even though Lisa hadn’t discussed her marital dissolution on camera yet, Larsa and the rest of the cast appeared to be leaving breadcrumbs for a storyline centering on Lenny and Lisa.
If Larsa or anyone else knew something about Lenny’s affair, they probably didn’t see it as their place to inform Lisa or break up a marriage based on hearsay. Nobody can say for sure who knew what ahead of Lisa’s tearful reveal of Lenny’s cold divorce initiation in RHOM episode 5. It’s hard to believe that at least a few of the women, including Larsa, knew nothing. Time will tell how Lisa recovers, but for now, Larsa is back in Lisa’s corner, and Lenny remains a villain on The Real Housewives of Miami season 5.
