Star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Lisa Rinna has been married to fellow actor Harry Hamlin for 23 years. Although there were some separation rumors earlier this year, the couple has remained solid through thick and thin. Here’s the complete timeline of Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin’s relationship.
In 1992, during his divorce from actress Nicollette Sheridan, Harry Hamlin met Lisa Rinna at a restaurant (via Bustle). Hamlin told Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen, “Lisa was working in an eyeglass store in 1992, and she was closing up one night, and I was having dinner with the owner of the store. She came in to give him the keys and that’s how we first actually met and talked.” At the time, Rinna was a struggling actress, but later that year she caught her big break playing Billie Reed on Days of Our Lives. She and Hamlin started dating shortly after meeting.
Hamlin and Rinna decided to take the plunge into marriage in 1997. Rinna was now a soap opera star, having moved from Days of Our Lives to Melrose Place. The wedding took place on March 29, 1997 in Beverly Hills. The relationship moved quickly from there. Just a year later in 1998, Rinna and Hamlin’s first child was born – a daughter named Delilah Belle. Now 28, Delilah is currently dating Love Island star Eyal Booker. The couple’s second daughter, Amelia Gray, was born in 2001. Recently, Amelia said her mother forced her to be on episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but has since taken the claim back.
Hamlin and Rinna opened the Belle Gray boutique in Sherman Oaks, California in 2011. Unfortunately, it closed in 2012 when the couple agreed they were too busy to manage it. Later in 2012, Rinna launched a collection with QVC, which has been a huge success. She still works with QVC today, although she recently took to social media to say that the company has not been supportive of her liberal politics. Years later, in 2019, Rinna launched her own activewear collection with the brand Goldsheep. All proceeds from the line are donated to the Trevor Project.
In 2014, Rinna began her journey on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Hamlin had serious reservations about his wife joining show, citing the drama it caused within families.
