The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne urged men to slide into her DMs amid her divorce from Tom Girardi. Erika, 50, and Tom, 82, tied the knot in 1999 at the Los Angeles restaurant Chasen’s. Their marriage was Erika’s second and Tom’s third. The couple remained married for a long time and earned praise from many for their long-lasting relationship. However, those praises turned to shock when Erika filed for divorce from Tom on November 3, 2020, after 21 years of marriage. In December 2020, Tom responded to Erika’s file for divorce and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their separation.
A month after their divorce news, Erika and Tom were sued for allegedly using their separation to embezzle money. The couple allegedly embezzled settlement funds meant to help families of the fatal Lion Air Flight 610 crash victims. Tom was alleged to have embezzled the proceeds of settlements meant for his clients so he could continue funding his and Erika’s lavish lifestyles in Beverly Hills. Besides their legal troubles, the couple also came upon hard times and listed their Pasadena Mansion in May. Erika’s ongoing legal drama and divorce were the focus during the recent RHOBH reunion. During the reunion, she defended herself against allegations that she knew of Tom’s alleged embezzlement.

Recently, she attended the opening of fellow housewife Kyle Richard’s store Kyle and Shahida in Palm Desert, California. Extra‘s Special Corresponded Teddi Mellencamp interviewed Erika at the event, and she said, “Life is good. Everything is turning in a positive direction.” In addition, Erika said it was good to have concluded RHOBH season 11 and just be on a much lighter path. During the interview, Erika noted that even though her divorce from Tom is not finalized, she is single and ready to mingle. When Teddi asked her if every guy wants to know what is going on, Erika teased, “Slide into my DMs and you’ll find out.”
On a lighter note, Teddi lamented that no one was sliding into her DMs and asked Erika what she needs to do. Erika smiled and joked that the reporter, who is very much married, should get a divorce. Erika also spoke about her plans and revealed that she wants to return to music. She said, “I hope so. I want to go perform. I want to go do things. The truth is that COVID has changed everything and it will be reemerging.” The 50-year-old also showed support towards her fellow housewife Dorit Kemsley, who is recovering after her home invasion. Erika expressed shock at Dorit’s strength and how she has continued to show up. She added, “We know each other really well as a friend group, and to see one of us really just go through that kind of trauma really is heartbreaking.”
