Erika Jayne wasn’t arguing with her co-stars at The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion because she was reportedly busy “fighting” with Andy Cohen. Ahead of the reunion show, insiders are spilling details of what went down when the cast came together to recap season 11. With Erika being at the center of all the drama due to her divorce and legal woes, Andy reportedly put Erika in the hot seat. Not one to back down from a verbal spat, Erika must’ve come back hard at Andy’s questions and it’s said the two went at it.
Season 11 saw Erika dealing with the reality of her dissolved marriage of 20 years and the impending legal battle that was awaiting her. Erika faced the criticisms from her co-stars head-on, but she didn’t take the attacks lightly. Over the season, viewers have seen Erika unleash her fury on Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke over their questions and concerns about Erika’s divorce and legal matters. But after watching the season back and seeing everything the ladies had to say about her, Erika came to the reunion ready to clap back at the housewives and anyone else who got in her way. With Andy being the one who has to direct the conversation, it looks like he became one of Erika’s targets.
Sources say things got so heated at the reunion that Erika and Andy reportedly got into a shouting match. “Most of the fighting was actually done [between] Andy and Erika,” an insider close to production told HollywoodLife. “And it is what a lot of the reunion will be about.” Erika has already teased the reunion drama on social media after it was announced as a four-part show. “Now what would make it 4 parts?? Me,” Erika tweeted over the weekend.
Many viewers were already expecting Erika to get into it with all of her co-stars. The only friend she has managed to keep throughout all the drama has been Lisa Rinna. Erika has reportedly felt betrayed by not only her co-stars but also the show producers. Erika is said to feel like production forced the ladies to pry into her private life during filming and Erika is upset at those who fell for it. But Erika appears to be taking all the criticism in stride. She recently attended her first red carpet event since announcing her divorce and getting tossed into Tom Girardi’s fraud allegations.
The Housewives community remains split on whether or not Erika is innocent or not. Many think she was aware of Tom’s shady business practices and rumors about it started to spread two years ago. With The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star being under the microscope, it was only fair that Andy ask what the fans want to know. Andy would be the last person viewers would expect Erika would argue with. But when you’re involved in this much scandal, it’s Andy’s job to dig into Erika’s affairs.
