In another blow to the Kemsley’s, Dorit and her children were forced to spend Christmas apart from husband and father PK. Updating Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans about the festivities (or lack of) on Instagram, PK revealed on his social media profile that he was forced to spend the holiday alone “from [his] observation room.” Missing his family and “feeling super unlucky,” PK shared how a conversation with a friend helped him see things from a different point of view.
Roughly two months ago, Dorit was held at gunpoint at home while their children Jagger, 7, and Pheonix, 5, slept. Dorit was the only one involved when, RadarOnline reports, three men broke into the California mansion through a window. Just a few short weeks later, PK was arrested and booked under suspicion of a DUI — RadarOnline gives his BAC as .081-.073; California’s legal limit is .08. And now, just a week before the year is over, PK has admitted he is the latest celebrity to fall ill.
His sweet holiday post uploaded to Instagram, featuring a photo of Dorit, Jagger, and PK’s mother, was accompanied by a caption revealing what he’s been up to the past couple of days. “Like many of us,” PK wrote, “I’ve spent this Xmas in isolation from COVID.” Confirming that he’s joined the ranks of thousands of others—including others involved in the series — his case is confirmed to be mild. Being isolated caused PK negative emotions including the feeling that he was simply “unlucky.”
After everything he and his wife have been through recently, it’s natural to take a defensive position. Speaking to a friend and listening to what they had to say, however, helped shape PK’s solo celebration. Encouraging his friend to look on the better side of the situations he’s been going through, the mystery person offered a new perspective on each situation. “No one was hurt in the invasion, You were not given a DUI, and your Covid is super mild,” his friend said. Ending on a good note, PK wished everyone a happy Christmas and a “happy healthy and peaceful new year.”
Dorit and PK have been through a lot together, off and on camera. Featured on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, viewers have seen the couple embroiled in controversies with other cast members such as Erika Jayne and Lisa Vanderpump. Although Dorit only commented with a heart on her husband’s recent post, she recently spoke out about her husband’s arrest in his support. No matter what, these two are always in it for the long haul.
