Phaedra Parks, who gained fame on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, revealed she does not want to return to the show. Fans know Phaedra as an entertainment attorney who owns a law firm. She is a businesswoman who has also become a mortician, author, and actress. Most notably, fans know Phaedra as a television personality who became known for her feuds and problematic behavior.
During her time on RHOA, Phaedra and Kandi Burruss became part of a significant feud on the series. The two fought because Phaedra was not happy with how Kandi reacted to her divorce. After being on opposing sides of the issue in season 9, Phaedra lied to her fellow cast member Porsha Williams about a serious issue. She told Porsha that Kandi and her husband were planning to take advantage of Porcha while she is intoxicated. Due to this lie, Phaedra was fired from RHOA and has not revealed why she lied about this issue.
Since then, Phaedra appeared on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, but she does not plan on joining RHOA again. According to ET, she does not want to revisit that part of her life, as she has no interest in it. However, Phaedra said that she hopes to join the cast of The Real Housewives of Dubai after she made a guest appearance. She is planning to buy a home in the United Arab Emirates while she starts a new business. Phaedra indicates that there is a greater possibility of her joining RHODubai, as she already started to become involved in the Bravo network.
Phaedra also discussed her experience on RHOA by saying the production team intentionally did not reveal her side of the story. She says she opened up about the issue while filming RHUGT, but they did not include it in the episodes. Phaedra was encouraged to talk about her experience on the show at a later time, however, she did not wish to do so. She argues that if the network was truly upset with her actions, she should not have been given the opportunity to rejoin the series.
Nonetheless, Phaedra seems to be happy with her current situation. She has not let the feud with Kandi define her character. Some viewers are excited to see Phaedra back on TV and hope she continues to make appearances on the show.
