Aside from being an important and interesting story, Polly’s prequel movie will be great because it will be different from Tommy’s Peaky Blinders’ story. While Peaky Blinders showed Tommy’s rise and eventual fall from power, and the ways in which leading the Peaky Blinders ruined his life, Polly’s story will be the opposite. Polly’s Peaky Blinders movie will not show her fall, but her rise. It will show how her past adversities have made her stronger, while Tommy’s story is more about how power corrupted and ruined his life. Overall, this will make for an interesting juxtaposition against Peaky Blinders.
