For readers who have been enjoying the latest redrawn chapters of One-Punch Man by Yusuke Murata, the latest announcement of the manga taking a two-week hiatus may put a damper on the fun. Murata confirms today that One-Punch Man will not release a chapter until May 30th, 2024 in Japan.
Announced via Murata’s official X account (formerly Twitter) Murata swiftly reassured readers that the series continues as scheduled. The principal reason for this delay for the One-Punch Man manga, much like with many popular manga series in April-May every year, is the recent Golden Week holiday period.
One-Punch Man Goes on Hiatus For Japanese Holiday
Confirmed on Murata’s X account, the new One-Punch Man manga chapter is scheduled to arrive at the tonarinoyj.jp portal as Chapter #245 on May 30, 2024. This means significant progress will continue as the series may soon catch up to the story currently localized worldwide at Chapter #200.
