Looking to the summer, DC Comics has revealed details on My Adventures with Superman #1, a new comic book title written by My Adventure with Superman series producer Josie Campbell and drawn by artist Pablo M. Collar. The story picks up from season 1’s finale and serves as a bridge to My Adventures with Superman’s anticipated next season.

Set during Christmastime, Clark Kent is spending the holiday alone in Metropolis. But a creature that can absorb anything it touches begins stalking the city’s sewers forcing Superman to investigate the odd event with his pals Jimmy Olsen and Lois Lane.

My Adventures with Superman Returns in Comic Book Form

My Adventures with Superman is an animated series that premiered in 2023 and aired on Adult Swim. The show is a comedic, modernized look at Superman in the early stages of his career and also follows his life as an intern working for The Daily Planet with his best friends Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen. The series became a fan-favorite among viewers for its lighthearted, comedic moments, and its positive portrayal of Superman as he slowly becomes the hero that fans know and love. A second season was ordered alongside the first, but there’s been no news on its expected release date.

The My Adventures with Superman comic isn’t the first time DC Comics has published a title that ties into an adaptation.
