Lex Luthor is Reviving Mechagodzilla to Defeat the Justice League

Lex Luthor Working on Mechagodzilla DC

The Legion of Doom found the answer to their prayers when they accidentally discovered the Monsterverse. Thanks to the Toyman and the Dreamstone, the DC Universe has become inundated with the greatest Titans around, including Godzilla and Kong. The kaiju wasted no time in terrorizing the DCU’s most infamous locations, forcing the League to respond. Unfortunately, they weren’t prepared for the sheer size and strength of the monsters. Even Superman discovered just how powerful they were when he took the full brunt of Godzilla’s atomic breath. Now he’s in critical condition and the rest of the Justice League is floundering.

Lex Luthor has been largely absent during the crossover, though he was recently seen tinkering with Mechagodzilla’s parts. He even marveled at how Mechagodzilla’s technology could improve Lex’s weaponry. Fans who saw Godzilla vs. Kong already know just how devastating Mechagodzilla was beforehand. Now it’s going to be upgraded by one of the most sinister evil geniuses in the entire DC Universe. On its own, Mechagodzilla proved to be a challenge to Kong and Godzilla. But how are they going to fair once Lex refines it? Even worse, how is the Justice League going to stop the mechanized Titan that once felled Godzilla?
