The recent Naruto special “Road of Naruto” reanimated key scenes from throughout the series. This was created in honor of the series reaching its 20th anniversary. The episode likely has fans wanted to see more, hoping that additional scenes from Naruto‘s past — or even the entire series — will be similarly updated.
One of Naruto‘s most famous clans in its series are the Uchiha, who are known for their unique abilities such as their Sharingan. Numerous Uchiha appear throughout the series, with some in the present and others appearing in flashbacks.
Kagami Uchiha Was The Ancestor Of Shisui
Kagami does not play a major role in the story of Naruto, but he is a noted character in flashbacks where he is seen to be a close friend of both Hiruzen and Danzō. This is an interesting trio considering Hiruzen went on to become the Hokage and Danzō founded a branch of the Anbu Black Ops called Root, he is also seen as the evil or darker side of the Hidden Leaf.
The second Hokage, Tobirama also held Kagami in rather high regard respecting him greatly despite Tobirama’s reputation that he hated the Uchiha Clan (though what he really hated was the hatred of Madara that some Uchiha inherited). Interestingly enough, Kagami is also the ancestor (likely grandfather) of Shisui Uchiha.
Fugaku Uchiha Was The Father Of Sasuke And The Head Of The Uchiha
Fugaku is most notable for being the father of Sasuke and Itachi Uchiha, however, he was also the head of the Uchiha Clan, the most powerful clan in the Hidden Leaf, making Itachi’s task of stopping the Uchiha’s coup all the more difficult.
In addition to being the head of the Clan, he was also both the leader of the Hidden Leaf’s Police and one of the strongest members of the Clan. It’s uncertain whether Fugaku would’ve put up much of a fight against Itachi had he tried, but when fans get a glimpse into Itachi’s true backstory they see that Fugaku and his wife accepted their deaths willingly.
Izuna Uchiha Was The Younger Brother Of Madara
Izuna Uchiha is the most notable out of Madara Uchiha’s brothers and is the only one to survive for as long as he did. Unlike Madara, Izuna never really held an understanding of friendship toward the Senju Clan and followed what is Clan had always believed.
Alongside Madara, he awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan proving to be one of the strongest Uchiha of the time. As he died, Izuna offered his eyes to his brother so that Madara could obtain the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan which made Madara an even more impressive foe.
Shisui Uchiha Was Itachi’s Best Friend
Shisui Uchiha was much further along in his strength than most of the Uchiha. In fact, he is the first known Uchiha to wield the Mangekyō Sharingan since Madara and Izuna. He was Itachi’s closest friend and his death is mentioned long before he is ever seen in flashbacks.
He was proficient in most of the eye’s abilities including the Susanoo, something Sasuke hadn’t even achieved yet in his battle against Itachi. One of his eyes was stolen from him by one of the worst characters in Naruto, Danzō, and so he entrusted his last eye to Itachi who kept the eye and embedded it in one of his crows which Itachi later destroyed.
Itachi Uchiha Wiped Out Most Of The Uchiha
Itachi, Sasuke’s older brother, was without a doubt one of the strongest of the Uchiha Clan, as well as one of the strongest Shinobi from the Hidden Leaf. Even before he reached his full potential, he was strong enough to kill the entirety of the Uchiha Clan, one of the most powerful families in Shonen anime.
Every time an Uchiha’s skill and strength are shown in the series they are rather impressive, so for Itachi to single-handedly (though some aid was received by Obito) wipe all of them out was quite the feat. It’s unknown whether any of them possessed a Mangekyō Sharingan, but they did believe that all together they could overthrow the Hidden Leaf.
Sakura Uchiha Is The Wife Of Sasuke Uchiha
While Sakura does not possess any of the abilities of the Uchiha she is still a member of the Clan by marrying Sasuke. Sakura is of course one of the strongest shinobi in the Hidden Leaf known for her pure raw strength that she inherited from the fifth Hokage, Tsnuade, as well as her skill in medical Ninjutsu.
While it’s hard to know where to gauge her strength in Boruto, in Naruto she gained ample strength to aid Naruto, Sasuke, and Kakashi in the final battle against Kaguya.
Indra Ōtsutsuki Is The Founder Of The Uchiha Clan
Indra is known for founding the Uchiha Clan and also being the first incarnation of Sasuke Uchiha. The entire cycle of hatred began with him, detecting his brother Asura for being chosen by their father to be his successor.
Indra has displayed little, but his strength should be greater than most of the Uchiha Clan due to his origin. It’s likely that he is at least weaker than Sasuke as he gives his power inherited by Sasuke, the man he is reincarnated into.
Obito Uchiha Gained Strength Through The Rinnegan And Ten-Tails
After suffering in one of the best backstories in Naruto, Obito went down a path to achieve what was known as the Infinite Tsukiyomi. On that path, he becomes one of the strongest characters in the series even gaining the power of the Ten-Tails by becoming its Jinchūriki.
Obito wasn’t like most of the other Uchiha of his strength and that was due to a lack of possessing the full strength of the Sharingan due to his missing eye. However, when he gifts his abilities to Kakashi one last time Kakashi is able to awaken a Susanoo with the two-eyed Mangekyō Sharingan.
Madara Uchiha Harnessed Many Powers
Madara went through all the stages a regular Uchiha had gone through and more. Unlike any other Uchiha before him, he had awakened his Sharingan to a greater level with the Rinnegan, something only one other character has done.
After stealing the powers of the Ten-Tails from Obito his strength grew even greater, and he remains as one of the strongest Uchiha Naruto has ever seen. While he possessed so many abilities already, he even had some of Hashirama’s own powers built into him.
Sasuke Uchiha Is The Strongest Of The Uchiha
Sasuke is the deuteragonist of Naruto and one of the most popular characters in the series. Given this, it’s no surprise that he’s the strongest of the Uchiha Clan, and he likely always will be. Sasuke in many ways can be seen as the truest of the Uchiha as he mastered every step of his eyes including turning one of his eyes into a Rinnegan, though in Boruto he loses this eye.
Since then his strength has depleted somewhat. The only character who could surpass Sasuke at this point would be Sarada when she grows up, the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura who are quite the parents to inherit abilities and strength from.
